How long does it take to arrive?

Between 7 and 14 business days from payment. The book goes to print as soon as you confirm the order and then ships with standard delivery to your country.

Do I provide the address before or after paying?

After. Here you only choose the binding and country (to calculate shipping). You enter the exact address in the next step, in your account. That way we save you a form before payment.

Can I change the story before printing?

Yes — whatever is saved in the story at the moment of payment is what we print. If you want to rewrite text or regenerate an illustration, do it before buying. After payment, the book goes to print.

What happens to the digital story?

It stays yours. The PDF and the audiobook (if you bought it) remain in your cuentosIA library. Buying the physical book adds to it, it doesn't replace it.
