1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the cuentosIA service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.
2. Service Description
cuentosIA is a platform that allows you to create personalized stories using artificial intelligence. The service includes story generation, illustrations and the option to receive printed physical books.
3. User Account
To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to use, store and process your content solely to provide and improve our services. We will only publish one of your stories in the cuentosIA free library or on our social media if you expressly authorise it for that story when you submit it; you can withdraw that authorisation at any time by writing to hola@cuentosia.ai.
5. Payments and Refunds
The prices of our services are clearly displayed before placing an order, and all payments are processed securely. Because every story is personalized and unique, it can't be returned if you change your mind. If the printed book arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, we refund the amount paid, shipping included. 5.1 Story of the Month Club (subscription)
The Story of the Month Club is a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically at the price in force when you join, in the same currency you subscribed in, and is charged in advance. You can cancel it at any time from your profile (My Account › Your Account › Story of the Month Club), which opens the Stripe payment portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and until then you keep the Club benefits. Each monthly credit expires 90 days after it is granted and no more than two can be held at once; any credits you have remain valid until they expire, even if you cancel. The stories you have created are yours and stay in your library.
6. Intellectual Property
The cuentosIA service, including its design, functionality and technology, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute any aspect of the service without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
cuentosIA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the last 12 months.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
11. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
