cuentosIA is a platform that allows you to create personalized stories using artificial intelligence. The service includes story generation, illustrations and the option to receive printed physical books.
To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. However, by using the service, you grant us a license to use, store and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.
The prices of our services are clearly displayed before placing an order. All payments are processed securely. We do not offer refunds because each story is completely personalized and unique. Once generated, the ebook contains specific content created for the user (characters, names, personalized illustrations), so it cannot be returned or reused. If you have any problems during the creation process, we will be happy to help you resolve them before finalizing the story.
The cuentosIA service, including its design, functionality and technology, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify or distribute any aspect of the service without our written permission.
cuentosIA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
