Generated stories will remain available in your account for one month, after which they will be deleted from our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

• Essential service providers: payment processors (Stripe), printing services (for physical books), and cloud infrastructure providers

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence

cuentosIA uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate personalized text and illustrations. Regarding the use of AI:

• Photos you upload are processed only to generate illustrations and are deleted immediately afterwards
• Your photos are NOT used to train third-party artificial intelligence models
• The generated stories and illustrations are unique content created for you
• You retain all rights to the personalized content generated
